T-Build at The Flooring Show Harrogate 2025

T-Build team had the pleasure of milling through the latest trends in flooring innovation as we attended The Flooring Show in Harrogate 2025. It was an inspiring few days — here’s what we saw, learned, and how it’ll shape what we do next.

Why We Went

As a company specialising in Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) and quality flooring solutions, staying ahead of trends is vital. The Flooring Show is one of the UK’s leading events for flooring trade professionals. Attending gave us:

Direct access to product launches

Face-to-face time with suppliers and manufacturers

Insight into emerging design trends (materials, finishes, textures)

Networking with other flooring retailers, installers, designers

It’s part of how we ensure that T-Build continues to offer modern, stylish, reliable flooring to customers across the UK.

What We Loved

Here are some of the highlights that caught our attention:

1. New LVT & Vinyl Flooring Styles

There was an impressive range of luxury vinyl tile designs. We saw new colourways, textures, and patterns — including updated herringbone formats, stone-effect finishes, and enhanced textured surfaces. These give architects, designers, and homeowners more creative flexibility.

2. Technology & Installation Advances

Installation-friendly solutions were on display — click systems refined for easier fitting, improved underlay interfaces, and accessory systems that speed up fit-out time without sacrificing quality. These are particularly useful in commercial environments or fast-turnaround projects.

3. Supplier & Manufacturer Meetings

We had the opportunity to meet with several of our existing suppliers, talk through upcoming product lines, and negotiate on quantities, stock availability, and lead times. It was also a chance to meet new potential supplier partners whose innovations might become part of our T-Build product offering soon.

4. Trend Forecasting

Colour trends such as warm greys, driftwood tones, and subtle stone textures came up often. Also, patterns that mimic natural materials but with extra durability for busy environments. We took a lot of notes — for flooring guides, for our web catalogue, and for advising customers about what’s “in style now”.

What This Means for T-Build Customers

Attending the show isn’t just an industry perk — it directly benefits you. Here are a few ways the experience will feed into what we do:

1.New Products Coming Soon — We’ll be integrating new LVT designs into our stock. Keep an eye on our “New Arrivals” section.

2.Improved Lead Times & Stock — Supplier meetings will help us streamline procurement and reduce delays.

3.Expert Advice & Guides — With updated trend knowledge, our blog and guides (e.g. “Which Underlay to Use”, “Best Direction to Lay a Floor”) will include more current insight.

4.We hope this gives you confidence that when you choose T-Build for your flooring needs, you’re benefiting from up-to-date materials, industry-leading design thinking, and a team that’s always looking forward.
