Our returns and cancellation policy


We take great satisfaction in offering high-quality products at competitive prices, and we prefer to consider that our reviews justify this. However, sometimes plans simply don't work out, and we recognise that people occasionally change their minds.


If you do choose to return your product, you have up to 14 days from the day of delivery to do so and still receive a full refund. Please get in touch with our customer service department to request a return number before sending anything back. Any goods being returned must be whole, unopened, and in "as new" condition. Please make sure that any items being returned are properly wrapped to guarantee their safety during transit. Sadly, any things that are received damaged or improperly packaged will not be allowed back into stock.


After completion of your installation, we are also pleased to accept back any flooring or extra accessories in consideration for a nominal 15% restocking charge (restrictions may apply, see here for details). Please get in touch with our customer support staff so they can help you with this.


Please remember, in all cases where there is no manufacturing fault, you are liable for returning the goods to us at your cost. Any goods being returned must be whole, unopened, and in "as new" condition.


If there is a manufacturing defect with the products when they are delivered, please contact our Customer Services team right away, and we will make all the required preparations to have the goods replaced.


If your purchase arrives as scheduled but we are unable to deliver because no one is home, the products are denied, there is insufficient help available, or the order is amended or cancelled within 48 hours of your delivery, you will be responsible for any additional expenses associated with the goods being returned. Failure to deliver results in a £20 return delivery fee, or £0.70 per kg if the weight exceeds 29 kg.


Please take note that, unless they are defective, we are unable to accept products that are manufactured just for you, to your requirements, or that are cut from a roll.
